Our founder, Holly Bird, first joined a pet sitting app as a fun way to get more exercise and enjoy the odd weekend away from family life. But the plan backfired — in the best possible way. Even without advertising, Holly’s diary was quickly full, and she realised there was a real need for dependable, friendly pet care in the local area.
That’s when the idea for Birddog Catwalk was born. From the start, Holly’s vision was clear: create a pet care service that’s both reliable and sustainable. We bring our own compostable poo bags, minimise single-use plastics, and choose to work with partners who share our environmental values.
What began with one person has now grown into a small but dedicated team. Together, we provide dog walking, drop ins, and house & pet sitting, always with a focus on animal welfare, owner peace of mind, and a lighter footprint on the planet.
